is the best landlord you can ask for. If I had an issue with an appliance she would immediately fix or replace it. When I mentioned not having a place to store my bike she had a storage enclosure made with lock and key for me to use. Beautiful and well run apartments at Riva Courtyard. I only moved due to work reasons.

Karmen is a fantastic property manager who diligently maintains an environment well beyond the standards of any other property I have lived at while also providing hospitable care and compassion for her tenants. Myself, my neighbors/neighborhood, and my dog (who was given warm greetings and was spoiled with treats) all love here!
